MAZOEZI hayaepukiki hapa,ni lazima ufanye mazoezi kwa matokeo mazuri angalau kwa dk 30.
Kwa muda mrefu kina dada,kaka,mama mmekuwa mkiniuliza nafanya nini kupunguza mwili.Ukweli ni kwamba sio kazi rahisi kupunguza mwili kubwa ni NIA ya dhati na uwe umeamua kweli maana unaweza kuishia njiani.
Hivyo basi nimeamua kuanzisha club ya mazoezi.Kivipi?kwa nini?unashiriki vipi?ntakufahamisha hapahapa endelea kutembelea.
